Proyectos nacionales. Las obras cinematográficas nacionales de producción o coproducción podrán optar por solicitar el acceso a los mecanismos de fomento establecidos en esta ley, o a los previstos en la Ley 814 de 2003, sin que ambos puedan concurrir. Las instancias designadas en dichas leyes fijarán condiciones para que los recursos de uno y otro sistema sean totalmente independientes.
