Patrimonio adicional. El patrimonio adicional comprenderá el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las valorizaciones de los activos, contabilizadas de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos por la Superintendencia Bancaria de Colombia. En todo caso, no computarán las valorizaciones correspondientes a bienes recibidos en dación en pago o adquiridos en remate judicial.
