Característica de la solicitud. Quien pretenda practicar la caza deportiva deberá obtener el permiso de caza deportiva y para ello presentará personalmente solicitud por escrito a la entidad administradora, suministrando los siguientes datos y documentos:

Nombre, domicilio e identificación.

Dos (2) fotografías recientes.

Especie o especies sobre las cuales pretende practicar la caza.

Área en donde pretende practicar la caza.

Armas, instrumentos o equipos que pretende utilizar y salvoconducto que ampare su porte.
