El auto por medio del cual se decreta la rehabilitación será inscrito en el registro público de comercio. La rehabilitación del quebrado pondrá fin a todas las inhabilidades e interdicciones anejas a la quiebra y será decretada por el juez que haya conocido del proceso a solicitud del mismo quebrado, por los trámites de articulación.
