Los lugares o establecimientos en donde se reempaque leche en polvo, requieren para su funcionamiento los siguientes requisitos

Licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento otorgada por la autoridad sanitaria competente;

Area para cargue y descargue, en concreto, asfalto u otro material aprobado por la autoridad sanitaria correspondiente;

Disponer de sistema para el envasado mecánico de la leche.

Que el almacenamiento de la leche se haga en condiciones que eviten su contacto con cualquier sustancia que pueda afectarla o representar riesgos para la salud de las personas.
