º. Con el fin de dar estricto cumplimiento a la preceptuado por la Ley 101 de 1960 y el artículo 86 de la Ley 79 de 1931, en armonía con el artículo 287 del Código Judicial, la División de Aduanas podrá autorizar al Banco Popular para que realice las ventas de que trata el artículo 9º. del Decreto legislativo número 3134 de 1952, en relación con bienes cuya situación jurídica esté o no definida a favor del Estado. El producto de la venta será depositado o consignado, siguiendo las normas del artículo 4º. de este Decreto.
