Artículo tercero. Este auxilio no podrá emplearse con fines distintos de los propios que demande la celebración del VII Congreso Regional de la Unión de Trabajadores de Boyacá, en Tunja, y la rendición de cuentas que debe verificarse ante la Contraloría General de la República se hará de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes para esta clase de auxilios y las que dicte en adelante esa misma entidad.
