La Superintendencia de Importaciones reglamentará igualmente la importación de máquinas y de sus partes, a fin de que queden sujetas al régimen de licencias, cuando sea el caso, las importaciones que puedan llevarse a cabo de máquinas o aparatos desarmados, o en forma escalonada, o por diferentes Aduanas, y las de máquinas desprovistas de sus motores o accesorios.
