° Las creaciones de cargos de que trata el artículo 2° y los reajustes de sueldos contemplados en el artículo 3° de este Decreto, regirán hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1959, de acuerdo con el compromiso asumido por la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
