TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. Para celebrar cualquier reunión de carácter sindical, bastará un aviso dado por escrito con cinco (5) días de anticipación por lo menos, por el representante legal de la organización sindical respectiva, en forma simultánea al Comandante de la Brigada y al Inspector del Trabajo, que tengan jurisdicción en el lugar en donde deba efectuarse la reunión, en el que consten el día, la hora, el local y el temario de la reunión.

Cuando la entidad sindical que desee reunirse sea de primer grado, el aviso podrá darse por la federación o confederación a que esté afiliada.
