°. Funciones del Consejo Directivo . Son funciones del Consejo Directivo de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro además de las señaladas en el artículo 76 de la Ley 489 de 1998: 8.1. Proponer al Gobierno Nacional las modificaciones de la estructura orgánica que consideren pertinentes. 8.2. Aprobar el proyecto de presupuesto anual de la entidad y las modificaciones que se le hagan. 8.3. Dictar su propio reglamento. 8.4. Las demás que le señale la ley.
