º. Si las armas, municiones o explosivas a que se refieren los artículos 12, 13, 14 y 15 fueren, según reglamentos del Gobierno, de uso privativo de las fuerzas armadas, la sanción respectiva se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte. En todo caso las armas, municiones, explosivos o instrumentos para fabricarlos a que se refieren dichos artículos, serán decomisados.
