Derecho a la libre escogencia de EPS. En el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud la elección de EPS se hará directamente por el afiliado de manera libre y voluntaria. Se exceptúan de esta regla, las circunstancias de afiliación reguladas en los artículos 2.1.11.1 a 2.1.11.12 del presente decreto y en los casos de afiliación previstos en los artículos 2.1.5.1 parágrafo 3, 2.1.5.3, 2.1.6.2 y 2.1.6.4 del presente decreto o cuando la realice la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) de acuerdo con el artículo 2.12.1.6 del Título 1 de la Parte 12 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015.
