º . La asamblea general de accionistas de la Compañía de Financiamiento Comercial Cofinpro S.A. en liquidación cumplirá las siguientes funciones

Aprobar o improbar los estados financieros de fin de ejercicio de la entidad.

Exigir y considerar los informes del liquidador y del revisor fiscal sobre el desarrollo de la liquidación.

La Asamblea se reunirá por derecho propio, por lo menos una vez al año y en forma extraordinaria cuando la convoque el Gerente Liquidador, el Revisor Fiscal o cualquiera de sus miembros.
