Por El Tiempo Que Dure La Ausencia Del Presidente De La República, En Razón Del Viaje A Que Se Refiere El Primer Considerando Del Presente Decreto, Deléganse Por Los Días 11 Al 13 De Julio En El Ministro De Comercio, Industria Y Turismo, Doctor Santiago Rojas Arroyo, Y Por Los Días 14 Al 17 De Julio Del Presente Año En El Ministro Del Interior, Doctor Aurelio Iragorri Valencia, Las Funciones Constitucionales Correspondientes A Los Siguientes Asuntos: 1

Por el tiempo que dure la ausencia del Presidente de la República, en razón del viaje a que se refiere el primer considerando del presente decreto, deléganse por los días 11 al 13 de julio en el Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, doctor Santiago Rojas Arroyo, y por los días 14 al 17 de julio del presente año en el Ministro del Interior, doctor Aurelio Iragorri Valencia, las funciones constitucionales correspondientes a los siguientes asuntos

Artículos 129; 189, con excepción de lo previsto en los numerales 1 y 2; 303, 304, 314 y 323.

Artículo 150, numeral 10, en cuanto se refiere al ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias concedidas al Presidente de la República.

Artículos 163, 165 y 166.

Artículos 200 y 201.

Artículos 213, 214 y 215.
