º. . La dependencia que ha funcionado bajo la denominación de zona de Buga se llamará en adelante zona de Popayán, y la formarán las vías Tunja-Popayán-río Mayo y del Moscopán. El Ingeniero, Cajero y demás empleados nombrados por decreto para la zona de Buga, pasarán a prestar sus servicios a la zona de Popayán, con los mismos puestos y asignaciones que hoy tienen.
