Restitúyase al ciudadano Gregorio Trujillo en la pensión de que disfrutaba, a la cual tiene derecho, de acuerdo con el caso 2,° regla 2,º articulo 9.° de la lei de 20 de mayo de 1846, i el decreto lejislativo de 21 de mayo de 1869, i cuya pension se pagará como a los demás inválidos.
