La presente Ley rige a partir del momento de su promulgación, el artículo 2 del decreto 468 de 2020 tendrá vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021 y deroga los artículos 4 y 5 de la Ley 590 de 2000 (modificados respectivamente por los artículos 4 y 5 de la Ley 905 de 2004 ), los artículos 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 Y 19 de La Ley 1014 de 2006 , y todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
