La Oficina de Información y Propaganda del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio atenderá conforme a los reglamentos que dicte el Poder Ejecutivo, a todo lo relativo a la inmigración, dentro y fuera del país, y se entenderá por lo tanto con los agentes de inmigración en el Exterior y con las Juntas de Inmigración en el interior.

Parágrafo

Dicha Oficina llevará una estadística minuciosa del ramo de inmigración y le corresponderá especialmente el señalamiento de los lugares en que puedan establecerse colonias agrícolas de inmigrantes.
