Nombramiento en período de prueba. Una vez en firme la lista de elegibles, el Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes, en estricto orden de mérito, deberá efectuar el nombramiento en penado de prueba en el empleo objeto del concurso, el cual. no podrá ser provisto bajo ninguna otra modalidad. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto-ley 071 de 2020.
