El artículo 790, quedara así:

El endoso regular constituye a todos y a cada uno de los endosantes solidariamente responsables con el librador del valor de la letra, gastos y recambio en caso de no aceptación o no pago, siempre que las diligencias de presentación y protesto se hayan evacuado en tiempo y forma. Exceptuase los casos en que en la nota de endoso se salvare expresamente esta responsabilidad.
