Art. 13. Autorízase á los Gobernadores de los Departamentos para que ejerzan suprema inspección sobre los Jefes de oficinas de Hacienda existentes en su circunscripción territorial y para suspenderlos hasta por cuarenta días en casos de faltas graves ó de conducta notoriamente mala, dando cuenta al Ministerio oportunamente con los documentos correspondientes, y solicitando la remoción si la creyeren necesaria.
