Para efecto de la selección de la entidad administradora del Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Territoriales, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público tendrá en cuenta que dichas entidades estén legalmente establecidas en Colombia y sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
