Resolucion 16763 de 1988 · Por la cual se reglamenta el Sistema de Administración de los Consorcios Comerciales. EL SUPERINTENDENTE DE SOCIEDADES En uso de sus facultades legales y CONSIDERANDO : Primero .- Que el Decreto 1941 de 19 de junio de 1986, asigno a la Superintendencia de Sociedades las funciones de vigilancia y control sobre las sociedades Administradoras de Consorcios Comerciales de conformidad con el Decreto 1970 de 1979;
