ARTICULO 2.4.5.4.4 .- LIMITES A LAS OPERACIONES. La Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, estará sujeta a las siguientes limitaciones

En su condición de entidad de redescuento de operaciones celebradas a través de establecimientos de crédito, el monto total del endeudamiento de éstos frente a la FEN no podrá exceder de tres (3) veces el capital y reservas patrimoniales de la entidad intermediaria. Por consiguiente los créditos otorgados a través del mecanismo del redescuento no tendrá limitación distinta de la del cupo individual del intermediario respectivo, y

No se podrán conceder créditos directa o indirectamente con los cuales el prestatario adquiera acciones de la FEN.
