La Comisión de Aguas de la Sabana de Bogotá, creada por medio del Decreto Legislativo No. 0173 de 1958, dejará de existir un mes después de la instalación de la Junta Directiva de la Corporación. Todo el patrimonio de dicha Comisión pasará a formar parte del de la Corporación.
