Cambios por Incapacidad Física. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, podrá disponerse por el Gobierno o por los Comandos de Fuerza, para Oficiales y Suboficiales, respectivamente, el cambio de Arma, Cuerpo o Especialidad, de aquéllos Oficiales y Suboficiales que, previo concepto de la Sanidad Militar, presenten lesiones adquiridas en el servicio y por causa o razón del mismo, que los incapaciten o invaliden en su respectiva Arma, Cuerpo o Especialidad.
