Las entidades que operan en un Municipio y, además, atienden servicios diferentes de los propios de los organismos ejecutores, podrán transformarse en organismos ejecutores de carácter municipal. Las reformas de los estatutos necesarias para dicha transformación deberán tener concepto favorable del Insfopal y ser aprobadas por el Ministro de Salud. VI. De los órganos de dirección.
