Los gastos que cause la esploracion i trazado del ferrocarril del Norte, se tomarán, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el parágrafo único del artículo 15 de la lei de 5 de junio, del producto del recargo de cinco centavos en el precio de la sal, ya decretado por decreto ejecutivo de 1.° de corriente, cuyos productos se depositarán al efecto en el Banco de Bogotá.
