Registro de vehículos usados . De conformidad con el artículo 2° de la Ley 903 de julio 26 de 2004, los vehículos usados clase ambulancias, buses o busetas y vehículos de bomberos, donados por entidades extranjeras de carácter público o privado a cualquier entidad territorial o entidad pública nacional, a partir de la publicación del presente Decreto, podrán registrarse (matricularse) únicamente en el servicio oficial, ante cualquier Organismo de Tránsito y Transporte.
