Control fiscal al Banco de la República . Los resultados de la vigilancia y control fiscal del Banco de la República serán enviados al Presidente de la República, para el ejercicio de la atribución que se le confiere en el inciso final del artículo 372 de la Constitución Política, sin perjuicio de lo que establezca la ley orgánica del Banco de la República. El control fiscal predicable de esta entidad sólo estará circunscrito a los actos de gestión fiscal que realice y en la medida en que lo haga.
