Investigaciones que involucran acceso a recursos genéticos. Las investigaciones científicas para las que se requiera la obtención y utilización de recursos genéticos, sus productos derivados o sus componentes intangibles, quedarán sujetas a lo previsto en el presente capítulo y demás normas legales vigentes que regulen el acceso a recursos genéticos.
