Las resoluciones que dicten los Administradores Hacienda Nacional serán apelables para ante la Jefatura cíe Rentas, dentro de los tres días siguientes a su notificación, pero el recurso no podrá concederse sin que se presente el comprobante de estar pagado ya el impuesto sobre el cual se reclama.
