UTILIZACION DEL PERSONAL SUSPENDIDO. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, que sean suspendidos en el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones, previo permiso concedido por el Juez competente, podrán ser utilizados por los respectivos Comandantes, Directores o Jefes Unidades Policiales en labores auxiliares de carácter técnico o administrativo dentro de la respectiva instalación, siempre que éstas no impliquen vigilancia o manejo de bienes o dineros.
