Decomiso. Toda mercancía de contrabando será decomisada y entregada al Estado para su venta. De la misma manera se procederá con las armas, naves, aeronaves, vehículos e instrumentos que hayan servido para cometer la infracción, a menos que deban ser restituidos a personas que acrediten derechos sobre ellas y ausencia de culpa en su empleo ilícito.
