Articulo 44 . La Junta de Propietarios no tendrá ninguna atribución en cuanto al planeamiento y especificaciones que se adopten para las obras. Sin embargo, se estudiaran y resolverán en forma fundamentada sus observaciones tendientes al mejoramiento de los proyectos y a una adecuada economía en los gastos.
