Cumplido el trámite descrito en el presente decreto, en la Ley 1904 de 2018, en lo que corresponda, o en la ley que se expida de conformidad con lo establecido en el inciso 4 del artículo 126 de la Constitución Política, el Presidente de la República remitirá la(s) terna(s) al Congreso de la República para la respectiva elección.
