Artículo sexto. De conformidad con el

Parágrafo

del artículo 4 de la Ley 203 de 1936, la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, abrirá créditos a favor del Gobierno Nacional, por la cuantía que juzgue necesaria para cubrir el valor de los pedidos y atender a los gasto de distribución y venta del azúcar importado.
