LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.2.11.11.1. Informes del promotor en los procesos de reorganización. En cumplimiento de sus deberes legales y de las órdenes impartidas por el juez del concurso, en las oportunidades respectivas el promotor deberá presentar al juez del concurso un informe inicial; un informe de objeciones, conciliación y créditos; y un informe de negociación del acuerdo.

Los mencionados informes deberán ser presentados por el representante legal de la persona jurídica deudora o por el deudor, cuando desempeñen las funciones del promotor en los casos del artículo 35 de la Ley 1429 de 2010.
