Cuando haya necesidad de comprobar parentesco con personas que existieren en época relativamente antigua y remota, se podrá ocurrir a copias de declaraciones de testigos examinados en juicios yá fenecidos y calificados en ellos de plena prueba. Esas declaraciones se tendrán como si fueran de testigos hábiles, examinados en el curso del juicio.
