El costo fiscal de los bienes incorporales formados por los contribuyentes no obligados a llevar contabilidad, concernientes a la propiedad industrial, literaria, artística y científica, tales como patentes de invención, marcas, derechos de autor y otros intangibles, se presume constituido por el treinta por ciento (30%) del valor de la enajenación.
