ARTICULO 2 º. La asignación básica para quienes obtengan un nombramiento en la Universidad Militar "Nueva Granada", se determinará con aplicación de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, como si fuera a obtener categoría, pero sin que por este hecho puedan ser considerados dentro de la carrera docente.
