El que imprimiere, fijare, mandare fijar o en cualquier forma contribuyere a que se fijen en lugar público, o expuesto al público, o para que se distribuyan avisos o impresos con título o contenido obsceno o que contengan especies, imputaciones o expresiones difamatorias o injuriosas contra cualquier persona o entidad, incurrirá en multa de $ 100.00 a $ 500.00, y en sanción pecuniaria por la misma suma a favor de la persona o entidad difamada o injuriada, sin perjuicio de la sanción que haya de imponerse por la publicación misma, conforme a la ley.
