Art. 4.° Habrá una Junta Directiva de la obra, que será compuesta del Prefecto de la Provincia de Pasto, del Fiscal del Tribunal de ese mismo Distrito y de cuatro padres de familia que el Poder Ejecutivo nombrará al efecto, eligiendo uno de cada Sección de las indicadas en el artículo 1.°.

Los miembros componentes de esta Junta tendrán las atribuciones y deberes que el Gobierno les señale expresamente, pues no gozarán de remuneración.
