Acciones de cobro. Corresponde al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, adelantar las acciones judiciales o administrativas encaminadas al cobro de las obligaciones financieras que por dobles pagos de mesadas pensionales o mayores valores pagados a los pensionados, se hubieren efectuado, mientras la gestión de la obligación pensional estuvo a cargo del Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia.
