Facúltase al Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil para que, con la aprobación de la honorable Corte Electoral, y de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, fije los precios que habrán de pagarse en los distintos lugares del país por cada juego de fotografías, con sujeción y sin exceder la correspondiente apropiación presupuestal de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil que esté en vigencia.
