º. Funciones de la Subdirección Transitoria. Son funciones de la Subdirección Transitoria las siguientes

Diseñar los mecanismos de Transición y proponerlos a consideración del Consejo Directivo.

Implementar los mecanismos de Transición que apruebe el Consejo Directivo.

Prever y adelantar el proceso gradual de liquidación de las actuales actividades de construcción, interventoría, operación y mantenimiento de infraestructura energética, emprendidas por el Instituto Colombiano de Energía Eléctrica, ICEL.

Desarrollar los esquemas de enajenación de activos y establecer los mecanismos para aplicar esas estructuras, una vez concluidos los proyectos y contratos en curso.
