Sanciones. Quienes infrinjan las disposiciones establecidas en el presente decreto, se harán acreedores a las sanciones establecidas en el Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994. Igualmente el que atente contra el libre derecho de afiliación del trabajador independiente al Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales, se hará acreedor a las sanciones de que trata el artículo 271 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
