Autorizar al Gobernador del Departamento de Bolívar para que, con fundamento en el artículo 128 del Decreto 2241 de 1986, difiera las elecciones de alcalde y concejales del Municipio de Arenal, para lo cual deberá fijar nueva fecha, con la antelación que dicha disposición indica, debiendo coordinar previamente con la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
