Artículo séptimo. No será necesario el requisito de matricula sino de un permiso para los profesionales químicos graduados y residenciados en el exterior que hayan sido contratados por personas jurídicas o naturales que operen en Colombia, para prestar servicios específicos por el tiempo determinado, siempre que la necesidad de ello sea suficientemente comprobada ante el Consejo Profesional de Química. Este permiso sólo tendrá validez hasta por un año.
